It seemed the ambush forces weren't letting up, despite the fact that they were in the losing position, yet still held strong to their Lord despite the circumstances. Nobuchika simply responded with a smile, "This must be why father chose to attack here..", he thought to himself, "All the reason that I must succeed here!" as he swung his numchuks against another enemy and kicked one hard where the son doesn't shine, pushing him into others. "If you do not wish to see the future, then we shall abide by your wishes...troops! finish them off! Let us not waste anymore time with these insignificants!", urging them all to fight more vigorously so they could end this once and for all.
Meanwhile, the Chosokabe Archers continued their volley while the monks used their skills to race through them while the archers reloaded their bows, later joined by ninja from Lord Motochika. The fact that Motochika sent aid, meant that he didn't wish to stall for so long, so the commander of the monks then bellowed out, "Your numbers are dwindling. Your cause is lost. Your Lord abandons you and his people. Stop now and fight for a righteous cause, or throw your lives down in vain".
Giving them a little time to accept or not, the leader then raised his katana, "Let us finish this now!", having no intention of being reinforced for a second time. They had yet to fulfill their part of their Lords' plan, and if they failed to do things in time, then they could harm it. If the enemy surrendered, they could then move on, but if they don't, then they would be condemned. So it is said, and so it shall be done.

Turn Results: The head captain of the Monk troops, under Chosokabe, gave the ambush troops an offer and was turned down. Much like the northern ambush units, they had no intentions on surrendering. Nobuchika's unit fights strongly and almost completely annihilates the northern ambush forces.
The Otomo clan leader at this time decides to dispatch his Samurai forces to defend the town. Unbeknownst to him however, Chosokabe Motochika's main force is close to the town and may encounter them.

All was ready. Soon the ambush forces would all be defeated, and then they could then take the cities and plan the siege of Bungo. However, it seemed a wind was blowing from the southeast, as a bird arrived on Motochika's shoulder and passed a message that Motochika then took and read, before sighing, "Fall back and return to the ship. Send word to our units to also pull back. I will explain once we return". Seeing as Motochika's units weren't in conflict, they easily pulled back while Motochika still read the words from the letter. How dare the Oda attack, when they were on the mainland in the East. They were no where near Shikoku, and how they attacked from the southwest was also strange, unless....
They would surely pay for interrupting his campaign. The mainland was full of ambitious men. Though Shikoku was united, the islands had to combine strength before stepping onto the mainland. To think that the Oda once fought on the same side, and so soon, he came to see his end. How ironic. He lifted the reins of his horse, and then rushed forward to lead the rest of his army as they pulled back to the ships.
Meanwhile Nobuchika got the message, as he leant against a tree trunk. He hated retreating when they were so close, but he knew his father would have a reason, and whatever that reason was, his anger would be unleashed on that. The enemy numbers were few, so they would be foolish to follow. "Let us pull back", he ordered. The Engineers and Ramp began heading back, closely followed by Nobuchika and the samurai who still took cover under tree trunks until out of the woods, while the ninja remained in the trees, pounced to attack if follow, retreat with rest of army if they don't.
The sub-unit also recieved orders from Lord Motochika, as the Captain of the Monks ordered the retreat, as the monks used somersaults to get infront of the archers to defend them, bending down when they fired, until no enemy was in sight. Once no enemy is in sight, they would continue for the harbor to board the ship.
--
Once they reached the harbor, Motochika stood on the beach between their two vessels, now that all his troops were now regathered. When they approached to attack, their advance was slow, while their retreat was quicker once out of enemy range. Now, it was time to retreat, aswell as inform his men.
"I have recieved word from Tosa, that banners of the Oda have been sighted and moving to the attack. However, these units are doomed, for they not only attack Tosa, but a united Shikoku, in united Shikoku waters, and we shall proceed back to home to ensure that the Oda regret ever attacking us!".
Motochika then divided the army into the two ships, before boarding himself........ Heavy Galleon 1 - Motochika Chosokabe(Feudal Saddle)1702 Ashigaru, 985 Samurai, 380 Monks, 500 Chosokabe Archers, 244 Ninja, 160 Engineers Heavy Galleon 2 - Nobuchika Chosokabe1701 Ashigaru, 985 Samurai, 380 Monks, 500 Chosokabe Archers, 243 Ninja, 160 Engineers, 1 Siege Ramp

Turn Results: After a report of word that the Oda had invaded Shikoku waters and that Zhuge Liang was defending valiantly. Chosokabe Motochika gave word to retreat. His plan was simple; get back to Shikoku and defend his united island. His main unit retreats to the boat without any conflict. While Nobuchika's unit encounters the ambush unit one final time and retreats. As well as the Sub-unit of Monks and Chosokabe Archers also retreat with little conflict. They successfully reach the harbor with little incident and board their ships. Casting off for their island of Shikoku.
Chosokabe forces have retreated and the province of Bungo is not subjugated. It seems the Otomo would still rule here.
